Whether you feel you need short-term counselling to support you through a particular issue, or open-ended therapy for deeper self-reflection, I am here to support you. Our sessions will move at your pace and the focus will always be on what you are experiencing and how you view the world.
I work with adults across a diverse range of backgrounds and circumstances, and I want you to feel you can be your authentic self in my therapy room, with no fear of judgement. You are free to bring whatever issues you are facing to our sessions together.
Many people come to therapy as they feel anxious or depressed or perhaps have been diagnosed as such. You are more than a diagnosis or a list of presenting issues. I care about what matters to you, what has happened to you and what has brought you here.
Face-to-Face
If you choose to work with me face-to-face, we will meet in my practice in Melton Mowbray. The practice is centrally located with plenty of parking nearby. This will be your space as well as mine, where you can feel free to curl up on the sofa, grab a cushion or a blanket and enjoy a nice warm cuppa if you like.

Online
If you choose to work with me online, we will meet via a video conferencing platform such as Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. I will be based at my practice, or my office at home. You should ensure you are somewhere you feel safe and able to speak freely and without interruptions.
